Are you guy’s familiar with Scentbird? If not, Scentbird is a monthly subscription that will satisfy your perfume cravings. If you’re like me and you love to have all the latest & classic perfumes, then you will want to check them out. I’ve actually have a detailed review here explaining how Scentbird works and one here just sharing a some perfumes I’ve received.
My collection of Scentbird perfumes (and their very pretty cases) is steadily growing each month. In fact, my perfumes outgrowing the amount of cases that I have. I just love the fact that I can indulge in the newest perfumes without having to shell out big bucks! Especially with all the full bottles of perfumes I have, I can’t see myself ever going through an actual entire bottle.
My new (to me) scent that I got to try out is Glam Jasmine by Michael Kors. Glam Jasmine is described as “a bouquet of lush jasmine with accents of creamy woods, overtly feminine and head-turning.” It contains notes of Jasmine, White flowers, Cassis and Sandalwood. I typically stay away from scents that contain Sandalwood; however, with the name Glam Jasmine I found it kind of found it hard not to give it a try.
I’m so glad I did! The sandalwood note is not very strong in this, which allows the Jasmine and floral notes to really come through. This fragrance is light, feminine and seductive. A little spray goes a long way. You definitely don’t want to spray too much of it (like I did the first time) because it can become very over-powering. I hate to describe it like this but when I sprayed too much, it had a bit of a musky “old lady” scent. One spray is really all you need to smell good all day.
This scent is great for everyday wear or even for a romantic evening out. If you haven’t tried this yet, then you’ll definitely want to add this to your Scentbird Queue.
Another thing I love about Scentbird is their perfume cases. They come in a variety of different colors and finishes that you can choose from. Their newest case color is Pearly White; I really like how classic and elegant looking it is. One thing to note about these cases is that it’s super easy to change out the perfumes and they are very travel friendly. I just choose my scent and color, then throw one in my purse and head out the door.
My collection of Scentbird perfumes is getting so big that I think I need to grab a few of these cute new fragrance storage boxes that they have. This is going on my wish list because all my Scentbird perfumes are currently rolling around in my top drawer.
