I’m back with another mask review!
But first, not sure if you noticed but my Sunday mask reviews has a new name! As me and my cousin were brain storming for names, my mom walked in and said, “How about Sunday masquerade? But with a “k” instead of a “q” OMG!! Perfect! Hoping you all like it as well.
So tonight’s review is going to be on Freeman Chocolate & Strawberry Clay Mask.
“Tone skin and diminish the appearance of large pores with oil-absorbing clays. Delight in delectable Chocolate and Strawberry while Shea and Cocoa Butter moisturize for smoother, softer skin. Perfect for normal to combination skin types.” – Freemanbeauty.com
As soon as I opened up the package, the first thing I noticed was the color… It’s a very light brown, that resembles something yucky! I wasn’t going to use it, but luckily it smelled like delicious chocolate.
The only thing I can say that I liked about this mask, is it’s very smooth texture. Which helped to go on very easily.
Other than that, I did not like this mask at all. From the color, to how I had to rinse my face over and over and over to get it all off.
Also, I didn’t notice my skin feeling any smoother or softer. Once I rinsed it off, it actually felt as if it left a bit of a residue behind. Which I did not like at all.
I’ve tried quite a few of facial masks from Freeman Beauty and have had good results. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.
Have you tried this mask before? If so, what type of results did you experience with it?
